Privacy Policy

Enum Grow is a software company based in Egypt that builds ERP systems, websites, mobile apps and AI solutions. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Information you send us: when you use the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone, we receive what you share — usually your name, email address, phone number (optional in the form), and details about your project.

Usage data: Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, the website or search that brought you here, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and actions such as clicking a WhatsApp, email or phone link or submitting the contact form. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not run ads, we do not sell personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose (one year). Necessary for the site to work as you expect.

theme (browser local storage) — remembers your light or dark theme. Stays on your device.

_ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies that distinguish visitors and sessions (up to two years).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site keeps working without analytics cookies.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and deliver projects you agree to.

To understand which pages and languages are useful so we can improve the site and our content.

To keep the site secure and working.

Only with service providers that help us run the site and talk to you: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), Google (Analytics and email) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you message us there). They process data under their own privacy terms and safeguards, and some of them process it outside Egypt.

We may disclose data if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal data.

Enquiries and project correspondence: as long as needed to answer you and for the duration of any business relationship, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for a purpose, in line with applicable law, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020). Email enumgrow@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
