- Designed and shipped the AI Concierge, a five-agent system (planner, logistics, activities, hotels, flights) that turns a chat conversation into a complete, bookable travel guide.
- Built the pipeline behind it: an edge function that runs the agents in parallel, merges their results in code and streams progress back to the app in real time.
- Connected the agents to the live database and supplier search systems over MCP, and built an evaluation harness with scorers and regression tracking so a prompt change cannot quietly make guides worse.
- Runs code reviews and mentors the mobile team, working closely with design and QA on every release.
