About this project

Enum ERP is our flagship management platform, built for real supply-chain operations: a produce and food distribution business moving stock between one main warehouse and multiple external cold-storage locations, every day.

Daily operations cover the full cycle — recording new supply intake from farms and vendors, dispatching cold-chain ("براد") shipments to clients, transferring stock between external stores, logging returns, and tracking material/packaging issue — each action updates inventory and the treasury instantly, with nothing re-entered twice.

Every supplier, farm, and client carries a running account balance. The finance module tracks multiple treasury safes and bank accounts side by side, transfers between them, and a full income/expense ledger tied back to the transaction that created it — down to individual shipment and supply-record IDs.

The reporting suite is where most ERPs stop short and this one keeps going: receivables aging split into 30/60/90+ day buckets per client and supplier, a complete stock movement audit trail per product and location, inventory valuation by quantity and unit cost, and a damage report that surfaces loss percentage by product — so waste gets caught, not buried in a spreadsheet.

Fully responsive — the same dashboards, forms, and reports work on mobile for warehouse and field staff, not just office admins.
